Very durable, comfortable, great support and good looking shoe. I use ankle braces and orthotics for tennis and I have found that this is the best shoe for this purose.
Have worn Barricades for years....this is my third pair of V Barricades. Great comfort and support that are very durable on hard courts. Great value for the price.
My shoe of choice for hard courts. Have worn Barricades for 15 years. This is my current favorite.
Likes - stable, durable, comfortable Dislikes - it takes a while to break in. I bought it because people say Barricade V classics are great. And it's true.
I have worn barricades for the last 15 years(no not the same pair haha). Love that adidas brought these back! Terrific support and durability. The weight is the only issue here. But it is needed to give you that support. I usually wear size 10 with 2 pairs of socks. These fit just fine unlike the barricade 8 which I needed to purchase a half size larger. Adidas for LIFE!
My son plays for his high school and he goes through shoes like crazy. These shoes are not only comfortable, they are very durable as well. Great shoe!
Love it. Very comfortable out of the box.
This is the best shoe I have ever had for tennis. It conforms to my feet and stays supportive the whole life of the shoe. Newer styles come up too high on my ankle and rub blisters, but not this classic V. Just ordered two new pair. Bob in Wake Village, Texas
The most stable, comfortable shoe I have ever worn!
Likes: Fit, looks, performance, short break-in period. Dislikes: Sole is weak, needs more arch support.
I like this barricade V because it gives you so much support and comfort. I bought it because its one of the best tennis shoes i have ever owned.
Very stiff out of the box; will need a lengthy break-in (casual wear) period before I take them on the court. That said, they feel very substantial, great support, very durable. The question for me is whether they will bond well enough with my feet and movements that I can forget about them when I play.
Comfortable, durable,and good looking!
I used various brands for tennis shoes, and this one is the best shoes I used.
I already have this model (Black-white-Red Version) and still in good shape ...durable!!!!
Adidas tennis shoes are still the best. Barricade line is the best of the best.Barricade 5 to me is 2nd to barricade 7 (discontinued) due to 1 feature which is the rocking between the forefoot and rearfoot. I still like it
Great style and fit right out of the box. Ideal choice for those with a need for a roomy "toe box". Light weight, and durable. This is the sixth Barricade purchase over perhaps five years. Constant improvement and subtle style enhancements.
If one is serious about tennis, then this is the only shoe to consider. It provides maximum support and comfort. I play 3=4 times a week and my feet are never sore.
