GT (Graphite Tungsten) technology adds a hybrid of braided carbon fibers and tungsten filaments throughout the entire racquet. Tungsten strengthens the frame to reduce torque for greater precision (Babolat claims more precision and additional energy recovery compared to the previous generation Pure Storm). The Pure Storm LTD GT has a smaller 95 square inch head, thinner beam, more flex and an ultra traditional leather grip for the ultimate in feel and control in the Babolat line. A quintessential players racquet with a solid, stable, comfortable feel, thanks to the added stability of Carbon Xtrem technology. Carbon Xtrem construction places 3 Angle graphite layers at strategic points on the racquet head for enhanced stiffness and stability at impact. Dense 18x20 string pattern further enhances control. Designed for an advanced player with a longer, faster swing. Specifications remain consistent with the previous generation Pure Storm GT LTD.
