Now in a sharp new cosmetic, the 2011 Babolat Pure Storm Tour GT Plus is the longer length version of the traditional players racquet, the Pure Storm Tour. Still a quintessential players racquet with a solid, stable, comfortable feel, now with GT (Graphite Tungsten) technology adding a hybrid of braided carbon fibers and tungsten filaments throughout the entire racquet. Tungsten strengthens the frame to reduce torque for greater precision (Babolat claims more precision and additional energy recovery compared to the previous generation Pure Storm Tour). Designed for a more-advanced player with a longer, faster swing, looking for a frame with a heavier heft and the extra reach and power of the added 0.5 inch. Specifications remain the same from previous generation Pure Storm Tour GT Plus.
