The Babolat AeroPro Drive Plus is updated for 2013 with an incredible new graphic and a refined Cortex Dampening Interface for even better feel. Continues use of GT technology, for extra stability at ball impact.
Babolat has kept the specifications on the new 2013 Aeropro Drive virtually the same as the previous generation Aeropro Drive GT Plus.
The 2013 Aeropro Drive Plus will still appeal to a very wide array of players, especially for those looking for a longer length, slightly more flexible, spin-friendly alternative to the Pure Drive. One of a few racquets that works well at the net, as well as the baseline. For Optimal String Performance Babolat Recommends:
Midwest Sports only ships Babolat products to domestic addresses in the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
- Durability: Babolat RPM Blast
- Playability: Babolat Xcel
- Hybrid: Babolat RPM Blast 17 - VS Gut 16
GT technology strengthens the frame to reduce torque for greater precision (Babolat claims 26% more precision compared to the previous Aeropro Drive). Babolat continues to utilize the Cortex vibration filter at the top of the handle. Cortex is used in several of Babolat's players racquets to enhance feel by cancelling only the 2 highest vibration frequencies. Only those frequencies that enhance feel are permitted to pass through the Cortex filter.
