As a beginner tennis player it can be tough to find a racquet that isn’t too advanced, but will still help to better me as a player. The Flow 105 seemed like a great option to try, so I gave it a shot for a few weeks. This racquet has an awesome look with a great price to go along with it! Price is really important to me, as I don’t want to spend too much before I get a lot better. I loved the power I got with this and I was able to maneuver easily on the court. The head size was ideal because it allowed for some extra forgiveness. I’ll definitely be using this for a year or two while I continue to improve on the court!
I’m a beginner tennis player and was looking for a cool new racquet to really get me motivated and get out on the court. Not only does this racquet have a bright, modern look, but the price point is excellent as well! For a starter player you really can’t get much better than this price. This frame gave me tons of power all over the court and was super comfortable as well. I loved the 105 head size because it provided a larger sweet spot to help me nail my groundstrokes, and provided forgiveness on shots that I didn’t hit exactly on point. I loved the pop this racquet gave me on my serve as well. I think this will be a perfect racquet for me for a year or so while I aim to improve my tennis game. I’ll definitely be playing more now that I bought this! I just used the string that came with the racquet since I am not too advanced yet. Definitely recommend this frame!
One thing that really struck me was the price of this racquet. Can’t beat it! As a recreational player that only gets out on the court once or twice a month, I couldn’t pass up the value of this racquet. The Flow 105 provided me with that ideal punch of power & comfort. I noticed a pretty large sized sweetspot with the Flow 105. Due to the bigger sweetspot I really noticed a more comfortable feel and forgiveness on my off-centered hits, compared to my older Drive 105 racquet. Stringing options were not provided on this racquet, which was somewhat of a bummer, but the string that was in the racquet worked just fine for my game. You really can’t get any better bang for your buck racquet than the Flow 105!
I was not optimistic about this racquet but was pleasantly surprised. The head size was a little smaller than I am used to and I expected to have some trouble with the sweet spot. Turned out I had no trouble at all and the racquet has a very comfortable feel. Baseline strokes were very solid and the racquet was very maneuverable at the net. I had enough pop on the serves to make this a good all around racquet.
