5 Stars Babolat Propulse 4

This has now been my 3rd pairs for the year since going away from Nike and I am happy with the quality, comfort and stability during matches.

5 Stars Good Deal

These shoes look better than the pictures, fit to size, fit me well, and were a great deal.

5 Stars Great shoes

from MO wrote (March 11, 2015):

My 1st pair of this brand, they are really comfortable and very durable. I play 5 or 7 times per week these shoes are solid!

3 Stars Comfortable, not durable

from CA wrote (February 22, 2015):

These shoes felt great on court without any need for break-in. Even though the soles are by Michelin, they wore down quickly with daily play on hard courts. Worse, the lace eyelets tore out. I was able to get a replacement pair because the sole lasted less than 6 months, but the upper part of the shoe was disintegrating before the soles; lucky that strap could reinforce the laces.

Great shoe and now in white - I have had three pair of the black and yellow and each last about 1 year with play 3 to 4 times a week - mainly singles. great shoe

5 Stars Expensive but worth it

from CA wrote (January 23, 2015):

Expensive but the last pair I got were on sale. But regular price makes it one of the most pricey shoes out there. I needed a slightly wider front part of the shoe on the left foot and it did the trick. Fortunately, the shoe doesn't actually feel wide. The velcro straps really help the create a firm fit all around the rear part of the foot. The sole wears fairly well, though i can't say for sure it's far superior to other high end shoes. I play hard once-twice a week on hard court and even after 6 months, the sole hasn't worn through in any spots. Arch support is very good. I unfortunately have sensitive feet and some arthritis in the left knee, and having switched to this shoe, have no discomfort. Not to say they are old man shoes. They changed the style a couple of years ago and i preferred the previous one. It has a bit of busy look for wearing casually. Not as bad as some of the other colors however.

3 Stars Seem to run very wide

Seemed like a good shoe, but VERY wide, so we had to return.

4 Stars nice well made shoe

from TN wrote (January 03, 2015):

I like the shoe a lot...the looks and feel are great...only thing was I was a little disappointed in the padding especially in the front of the shoe...but I'm diabetic so my feet are sensitive...I just put some new insoles in the shoes and they are fine now

5 Stars Propulse 4 for a 4.5 Player

from FL wrote (December 16, 2014):

Playing the majority of my tennis on hard courts, no other sneaker will work for me. Straight out of the box and on to the courts all day long. Excellent stability and comfort!

5 Stars Quality/Price

from TX wrote (December 16, 2014):

Midwest is awesome, got these shoes in my size, and they are true to fit, very comfortable, and not too grippy on the courts, just right, never rolled or slipped...Great quality!

5 Stars First time

from UT wrote (December 11, 2014):

This is the first time we have purchased Babolat tennis shoes. So far, my son likes them. He says they are comfortable. I will be watching to make sure they hold up as well as some of the other shoes we have purchased in the past, but so far so good!

4 Stars Comfortable

So far my son loves these shoes. They look great and feel comfortable on him. Too early to tell will the shoes last.

5 Stars Babolat Propulse 4

from VA wrote (July 27, 2014):

I'm a 5.0 player who plays almost every day, and I've struggled with turf toe (thank you Nike and Adidas) for almost two years. The Propulse is an incredibly comfortable, low-to-the-ground shoe, and the ankle and heel straps help keep my foot back so my great toe doesn't impact the toe box. Although the newest version has a narrower strap, it is still quite effective. The price you usually pay for such stability is extra weight, but these shoes play much lighter than they weigh. Highly recommended.

4 Stars Good not great...

from CA wrote (June 22, 2013):

I have had all of the past generations of this shoe. in my opinion there is a slight loss of stability due to the reduction of the size of the straps. This was probably done to reduce weight but it make them feel just a smidge less secure.

4 Stars Babolat Propulse 4

Tennis shoes were bought for my son and he is very happy with them. If there is any room for improvement it would be the weight . They are a little heavier but overall he is very happy with them.
