Babolat introduces the newest edition to the Pure Aero racquet family, the Pure Aero Stars & Stripes tennis racquet. This unique version of the Pure Aero, comes with a patriotic red, white & blue cosmetic update. American flag design embedded throughout the racquet. The Pure Aero created with spin in mind, remains a carryover from the design of the Aeropro Drive family of racquets. The updated Aeromodular beam design produces 11% less drag than the previous Aeropro Drive. The updated beam construction provides excellent stability within the frame, to go along with added comfort. Babolat's FSI Spin string pattern spacing offers a more open string pattern, as well as permits more movement of the main strings, due to slotted grommet openings at 6:00 and 12:00. Those looking for a great combination of power and spin should get their hands on the Babolat Pure Aero Stars & Stripes tennis racquet today!
Please note that the manufacturer misprinted the weight specifications within the throat of the racquet. This racquet is 10.6 ounces unstrung.
The demo option for this racquet will be the standard black and yellow Pure Aero.

The ultimate comfort technology from Babolat. The Cortex Dampening System interface was put into Babolat’s racquets to enhance feel by canceling out vibration frequencies. This technology is offered in two versions, the “Cortex System” focuses in on pure feel, reducing harmful vibrations. Babolat’s second offering, “Cortex Active” dampens vibrations allowing for maximum comfort.
Love this new version of the Pure Aero! I know that Babolat previously released special editions of their frames (Wimbledon and French Open) so I was excited to see the patriotic version of the great USA. Because this is exactly the same as the regular Pure Aero, you obviously don’t get much of a difference aside from the cosmetics. However, that was enough to convince me to get it! This racquet had great control and power, as well as spin if you choose the right string. I used a multifilament to get a better feel and more spin which helped me add some depth and power to the ball as well. Love the new version of this!

needed this racquet right when I saw the cosmetic update. This racquet is easy to swing and brings a bunch of pop with spin. Some added comfort to go with the racquet as well. I personally think that this frame is the best one on the market today. Timely purchase with the olympics right around the corner. Go USA!

This is a very unique version of the Pure Aero. After seeing Babolat come out with the French Open version, I was really hoping for something to represent the great USA! You will not be disappointed with this frame as it has the same specifications as the regular Pure Aero, just with the cosmetic differences to go along with it. I noticed that the updated beam on this racquet provides excellent control and power for my game. I added some spin to my game with this, which is something I have been wanting to work on. The swingweight of this racquet also helped me add some stability. I strung mine up with RPM Blast at about 52lbs for some added power against the thinner beam.
