Bakko Professional Flat Series Tennis Backboards (10x12)

Over twenty steps go into the construction of each Bakko backboard panel. Pre-fabricated panel concept allows virtually an unlimited size and/or placement capability for any facility or application. Each panel is 4 feet wide, 8 or 10 feet high and weighs 80 to 150 pounds. The backboards are ready for play when the pre-fabricated, completely finished, green fiberglass interlocking panels are affixed to your tennis court fence posts or wall. The Bakko assembly kit holds the panels in a tight, unitized, side-by-side construction. Kits come in traditional flat and single curved styles. All kits are complete.

Panels are 2 1/2" thick with metal interior frames dividing each panel into 20 sub-compartments. Each sub compartment is filled with sound deadening materials.

Panels are encased in thick fiberglass and UV protective gel coat unitized under pressure in large molds. Front and edges of panels are sprayed with a high quality impact, solar and temperature resistant green polyurethane Imron paint.

Panel faces have no holes; attachment is in back with wheels. Wheels allow panels to roll in galvanized metal channels horizontally attached to fence post. Each panel weighs 150 lbs. Flat backboards are traditional; this is Bakko's original model and best seller. Typically purchased by country clubs, resorts and private court owners. Most common purchased size is 5 panels.

Space required: Width of backboard and length of 40' (service practice requires 39', distance from baseline to backboard).
