Bakko Single Curved Tennis Backboards (10x16)

Over twenty steps go into the construction of each Bakko backboard panel. Pre-fabricated panel concept allows virtually an unlimited size and/or placement capability for any facility or application. Each panel is 4 feet wide, 8 or 10 feet high and weighs 80 to 150 pounds. The backboards are ready for play when the pre-fabricated, completely finished, green fiberglass interlocking panels are affixed to your tennis court fence posts or wall. The Bakko assembly kit holds the panels in a tight, unitized, side-by-side construction. Kits come in traditional flat and single curved styles. All kits are complete.

Panels are 2 1/2" thick made similarly to the 10' professional flat series however curved from top to bottom.

Logic of this backboard is it simulates a tennis match while you still achieve practice, warm-up and workout. When you hit the ball up, it tends to come back down toward your feet. If you hit it down, it tends to return up, like an opponent should in a match. Sideways, you still must run for the ball, just like a match. On-going studies on Bakko's test court reveal this backboard is first choice by players and professionals.

The bottom and top project nonimally from fence 6" due to curve, not very obtrusive. Typically purchased by tennis camps, clubs and extreme tennis enthusiasts. The most popular size is 5 panels.

Space required: Width of backboard and length of 40' (service practice requires 39', distance from baseline to backboard).
