The first thing I noticed about this frame was the improved string pattern, offering more control and spin for my shots. This is very important to me because I hit with a lot of topspin and use a soft string for added power. Sometimes I feel like I can lose control with that combination, but this racquet seemed to have nice stability and offered the control I needed. I did notice that this racquet plays sort of like an old racquet, with hitting outside of the sweet spot you will not get as much forgiveness. The racquet was on the heavy end and I found it to be a little stiff. This is definitely a racquet for a more advanced level player. Other than those few cons, I did enjoy the spin and control that this frame had to offer. I strung mine up with Babolat Xcel at 55 lbs.

Really enjoyed the full cap bumper grommet, gives me a little more stability on my off centered hits. Very player oriented specifications, the open 16x19 string pattern allowed for additional power with added spin. I noticed a little more forgiveness with a light feel and more pop compared to the older version. Caution: advanced player's racquet that is quite heavy. Had it strung up with Wilson’s NXT 16G at 53 pounds.
