The Head Youtek Six Star is part of the new game improvement Youtek Star Series and uses new Head technologies such as d3o, QuadFace, Control Ring and MultiZone grip in a user-friendly package. 107 sq. in. headsize, 9.6 ounce strung weight, 27.3 inch length, and 28/26mm wide beam add up to the the second most powerful racquet in the Youtek line. Head d3o technology acts as a "smart" material in that it behaves differently under varying dynamic loading or impact. Integrated in the frame lay-up and positioned in the shaft area (where the racquet flexes the most), d3o seeks to help players maximize performance on all shots. High speed impacts lock d3o together within nanoseconds at the molecular level, stiffening the frame to provide maximum power. Conversely, on slower speed impacts, the d3o molecules absorb the impact providing softer touch for better feel.

Head QuadFace extends the stringbed at key points of the frame providing longer strings for a larger sweetspot and more power.

The Control Ring reduces string deformation for added control and accuracy, and is located at the 2, 4, 8, and 10 o'clock positions on the Youtek Six Star.
