This racquet feels very nice. I bought the 2011 racquet because I liked the color better than the new 2014 equivalent. Looking to improve my game....I'm hoping this will help.
Just right! Not light, not heavy. Very maneuverable. Stiffness is perfect and also the swing weight. Power and control in a nice stick. Very forgiving racquet. Should have bought this a long time ago!
Babolat Pure Storm
I'm a strong 4.0 player and I love this racquet...It has all the elements that I was looking for: Maneuverability and pinpoint control. I have enough swing speed/strength to create my own power. On my serve I can place them where I want with power when I need it.Great product for the price, wish I played with this racquet earlier...
I'am now a happy camper
Just recently, I had switched to this racquet from the Yonex RQIS 1TOUR XL. As soon as I picked up this racquet, it felt like all of my desires in a stick. The weight wasn't too heavy or too light, as it is 11.2 oz STRUNG (317g), not to mention the gorgeous paint job. I was also very pleased to say that the control of this racquet was just out of there, and since this is a low powered racquet, I can be more aggressive and rip the ball without worrying much about it sailing long. I'am an aggressive baseliner who likes to rip balls down the line and this racquet also provided the necessary amount of spin to make my opponents struggle. However, my only complaint about this racquet is that it offers a smaller sweet spot, which is very unforgiving to players who does not have a well developed and consistent stroke. Other than that, midwestsports is a great place to shop, and this racquet is the way to go!!! Extremely pleased. Btw I strung this racquet with rpm blast at 58 lbs, and I am a heavy topspin player.
Great deal from Midwest on one of the best Babolat racquets ever produced. Plenty of power from the baseline for a 3.5+ player, but stick really shines at the net and on big kicker serves! If you're looking for a Babolat, don't overlook this model. (former Prince Graphite player)
Babolat Pure Storm GT
I really like this racquet! Its weight and balance is just right for my game, which is a mix of baseline and net play. Groundstrokes are solid and powerful, while volleys are easy to control. My serves are better than they've ever been. I would definitely recommend this racquet to the intermediate or advanced player looking for a perfect balance of power and control.
Pure Storm - Pure Perfect
I am a college player and I have been using this racquet for 3 years and I just bought 2 more. It is a great, solid racquet with the perfect combination of power and control. I string it with Babolat's Pure Hurricane at 50 lbs.
I have a lot more control of my shots with this racquet than my previous one. It feels really stable and is really maneuverable at the net. If you are looking to add more control to your game then I recommend this racquet.
all court frame
Very stable for a lightweight frame. I strung it with a co-poly at the bottom of the tension range and was able to hit with crazy spin. With a little lead added around the hoop, this frame serves bombs. 5 stars!
