The Head Graphene Extreme Lite shares many of the same characteristics of that of the Extreme MP, featuring a lightweight mid-plus frame. The Extreme Lite continues the S-Tech grommet system, which along with the continued use of lightweight Innegra fiber improves shock absorption and stability. This racquet features the use of Graphene - the world's lightest and strongest material that allows for an optimal redistribution of weight from tip to grip, producing increased swingweight without sacrificing maneuverability, for more penetrating shots. Head has kept the specifications of the Graphene similar to that of YouTek Extreme, offering a 100 square inch head, wider 24/26/23mm tapered beam, standard 27 inch length, and a very lightweight 10.0 oz. strung weight. Slightly rounded head shape as used on past generations of Extremes for improved spin potential. Open 16x19 string pattern for enhanced spin and forgiveness.

Note: Head does not include a cover with this racquet.

Midwest Sports only ships Head products to domestic addresses in the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

I saw the previous review and if what it said had not been said before, I would say it. But since it has, no need for me to be an echo. My new favorite.

Excellent Balance, Light Weight

Head suggested this racquet for older midlevel club players (say USTA 3.0-3.5), and that is exactly the niche that it fills for me. My serve has improved by an entire level with the use of this weapon. I think I'll keep it.

Very En'lite'ning

My preference is light and more flexible and this one delivers both. As a 65 yr 3.5 level player, I enjoyed excellent control and feel. I am transitioning from an ancient Prince Mach 1000 124 sq in extra long, which has afforded me a strong serve (when it stays inside the service box) as well as being very gentle on my arm. I did lose noticeable power on my serve but gained control and a much higher 1st serve success rate. I think with practice I will be able to take advantage of placement followed up by a more effective offense off of the return. The smaller head size reduced my success rate on back hand slices and spins but that may be helped by practice and string selection. The biggest downside was my forehands lacked depth because of my stroke style. I have an open stance and lack the power generated from turning my hips. Overall I enjoyed the added feel and control of the modern technology and it was gentle on my arm. I will be continuing my search however and will be demoing the Babolat Drive
