The Head Titanium TiS6 is best suited to a beginning to intermediate level player with a slow to medium speed swing who requires a generous sweetspot. This racquet is light enough to easily swing for a proper follow through with more power than my older (wood) racquet and solid accuracy. Now all I have to do is improve my game!

Liked it. After five months of demoing other rackets, tried this racket on loan from a friend. It took a bit to get used to it but I am playing as well with it and it is very easy on the arm because it is light.

Loving it

This is a follow-up review of the TI.6 since I've been using it since last fall. I have recently won my first USTA men's 60 singles title with this racket and I feel like with this racket I can go for defense to offense faster even the most people say it's more of a double's racket. It's the perfect racket for a senior tournament player who wants to get performance without getting worn out ha ha. I also get a lot more pop on my serve with this racquet and can hit heavy slice serves as well.

Great product no gimmick

This was purchased as a gift for my youngest daughter. I have owned the same racket for absolutely years. Bought one for each of my other daughters and they both love it too. A great racket at a great price. The tennis pro agrees that the Tis6 is a good racket.

I've used this racket for over 10 years. Best racket I've ever used. Great for doubles as it is lightweight for volleying but still powerful enough for ground strokes. Since doubles is a control game, the best string to use is Head's Rip 16 gauge control and start your stringing at 60 pounds.

After 20 years since introduced by Head, still top engineered frame

After playing with Dunlop for many years and Wilson many years before that I was recently looking for a new frame that was light especially for my age at almost 60. One of my long-time playing friends had me try his old titanium TIS six which he had played with he said for 14 years. I fell in love with at the moment I picked it up it was stiff as I like since I have compact strokes also like the fact it is head heavy slightly even though it was one of the lightest rackets around easy to get around the court. Love the way it's served, volleyed , and able to hit deep penetrating strokes I'm 4.0 but have been ranked in age group tennis in Midwest since my 30s. Wishing I'd tried this frame long ago as my Dunlop hasn't been produced in over 6 years. It was a joke to get this racquet for only $79.95!!! Bought two so I'm set for tournament tennis and rec play for the long haul....these racquets don't wear out!!

This racquet is very light, but gives off tons of power! I’ve been using this frame for a while now and I play mostly doubles. My volleys and overheads have that perfect punch that you need when you are an avid doubles player. I also love that the sweet spot allows for forgiveness when you aren’t as accurate as you should be. I have noticed a decrease in my mis hits since beginning to use this racquet. For all of the power that this racquet has, I was surprised that it had just as much control as well. I can feel confident swinging out on my ground strokes and know that they won’t soar to the tarp, and they’ll stay deep in the court like I need. This racquet also helped me to develop some topspin on my shots and my serves. Overall this is a very maneuverable, versatile frame and I would recommend it to a variety of players.

I usually play with a Prince racquet but decided to try something a little lighter in weight. I am extremely happy with my choice. I have noticed I don't have the control I had with the Prince but I assume it is because I am just not use to it.

I played with my new racquet for the first time today and I loved it. I am vacationing in Florida and did not want to travel back and forth with my racquet so I ordered this as a spare, but I think I will get another one to play with up north. I am a 70 year old recreational player and this racquet gives me quite a bit more power. I bought this racquet after conferring with your pro online and I'm so happy with his choice.

This racquet is an excellent choice for a wide range of players. It is very affordable for a racquet that has a good balance of power and feel. I love it for every phase of my game, and it is very lightweight. It performs well for serves, volleys, topspin shots and sliced shots. It helped me start playing again after a long break from tennis. Thanks for an excellent product.

I bought this because I was getting back into the game after years of not playing (I'm 25 and played as a kid) and it had very high reviews for a beginner racquet. Pros: Feather-light! Tacky and comfortable grip. Quality strings. Cons: Despite it having a large frame, the sweet spot was smaller than I expected. I quickly outgrew it (only about 6 weeks). It's truly designed for a beginner or someone who has a gentle/slower swing. After I got into the groove of a good swing and started hitting with some force, the ball soars past the baseline and is a little hard to to control (it doesn't have a great feel). My instructor suggested I upgrade to a "player's" racquet after only six weeks and after I did, things went a lot better. But, like I said if you are truly a beginner and don't plan on hitting balls with much force, its really great.

Best one yet

Love this racquet! Have been using this frame for 5+ years. I am a solid 4.0 male doubles player. This racquet is super light and manuverable but still packs a punch on volleys and overheads. Lets hope Head keeps producing this solid frame for many years.

I bought this same racquet perhaps 10 years ago and have been using it ever since. I figured it was time for a new one. The new version of it is a real bargain and has the same beautiful design and feather-light body. I've been playing tennis for over 40 years and have purchased some absurdly expensive racquets. This is my go-to racquet. It's a great value.
