For shoulders too
I tore a rotator cuff in the 90's and bave had problems with adhesions and bursitis. My serve used to be a big weapon, but things got so bad I was contemplating stopping playing. It took awhile, but this racket made a huge difference in function. I don't serve as hard, but it is back to being formidable.
I bought 3 of these
I bought one of these racquets maybe 10 years ago after developing tennis elbow. It totally eliminated the issue and I love the racquet as a player's stick- well balanced, very accurate and able to generate spin and a dangerous serve. It has less power than some which is fine by me due to the increased accuracy and control. I'm not into loading up on gear, but after I found out maybe five years ago that they were apparently being discontinued, I scoured the country and snapped up literally about the last two available at the time. (And yes, I was calling everywhere.) Since then, I've loaned one to a friend who had tennis elbow (after trying unsuccessfully for years telling him that he should just go buy one,) and his pain is now gone and I'll probably never get it back. Really nice to see that Pro Kennex took the advice of all the players who love this classic, over their marketing department or whoever it was, and continues to offer the 7G. Please guys, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! (3.5 playe
Great racquet, great Value
I am very familiar with all types of racquets & have played a long time as I am 44. LOL My 1st racquet as a teenager was a Pro Kennex Bronze Ace. I decided to go back to Pro Kennex ( roots) to rekindle that feeling of playing tennis as a newby. I have used it once so far & played fantastic. It is great for your arms & elbows, but also allows you to play with confidence. I prefer heavier racquets personally. I use the weight swing to establish the power while maintaining the accuracy I need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PURCHASE!!
I met Pro Kennex racquets because some friends told me that improved the symptoms of tennis elbow after changing their rackets for model 15g kinect Pro Kennex. I decided to use the model 7g and am amazed at the results. this model complies with what I read about it: excellent control, power and improved my tennis elbow! recommend for those looking for a racket with these characteristics.
Excelent for Elbow problems
Before I started to use this racquet my elbow sore was daily, even I couldn't grasp a glass of water. Once I started using this racquet my elbow sore vanished. I play tennis 5 days/week and using this racquet and 2 equals for almost 6 yrs. The weight of the racquet it's well balanced in the midle. I strongly recommend this racquet if you have elbow problems with synthetic gut strings no more than 56 lbs.
