The Penn QST 60 (formerly Pro Penn T.I.P 2) is a low compression tennis ball, useful for teaching and training. The next step up from the Penn QST 36 foam training ball, but with slightly faster and with more bounce. Bi-colored optic yellow/orange felt for high visibility.
