The Prince Lightning 110 tennis racquet is the perfect match for an up and coming beginner player seeking loads of power to go with an all around comfortable feel. This oversized frame at 110 square inches and 10.2 ounces, features amble room on the head of the racquet for beginners to maintain power on off-centered hits.
Sweet Spot expansion technology featured on this frame allows the string to pass through, and not touch the frame (or grommet), until the outside of the head. This effectively lengthens the string without having to make the head bigger - this enlarges the sweet spot. On impact with the ball, the string can flex more, which also helps to soften the feel and add comfort to the racquet. The Lightning 110 is a great option for a beginning player looking to kick off their tennis career with a frame that features power and comfort.
I have great control and power with this racket. It is light weight. The 110 head size is perfect. Anything bigger is to hard to control and anything smaller needs greater accuracy. My new favorite.
4 StarsGreat recreational racquet

I’m an older player and just getting into the game of tennis. I wanted something that would be easy to maneuver and at a good price point as well. This racquet has pretty much everything you could want- power, control, spin and stability. The sweet spot is nice with the head size being 110 inches. Because this racquet is light, I was able to generate a decent amount of power for my skill level. I was surprised at how much spin I was able to get as well! Definitely recommend this to any recreational player or someone looking for a lighter, powerful racquet.

I did not want to pay too much before I decided I liked the game. This is a nice racquet. Comfortable and has good power. I don't hit it in the middle often, so the bigger head is nice. Makes it easy that it already has string too.
5 StarsSolid Racquet for Seniors

I demoed this racquet and then bought it. It is a light racket with a low swing weight. I saw an instant improvement in my volleys and better power off my ground strokes.
