Changed from a Prince O3 speed to the O3 red pre-strung @ 60 lbs. I play at 2.5-3.0 level. Extra power is great and only takes a few hours of play to adjust the control/feel. Improved my serve, spin and overall performance. Definitively better on my elbow.
