After demoing and purchasing several racquets over the last year plus I feel like I have finally found a winner. I originally passed on this due to fears over the low swingweight. This racquet felt stable against some of the hardest serves and forehands I will face at the 4.0 level. Solid & manueverable on volley and easy to whip through for ground strokes. I have often encountered issues with elbow and shoulder tinderness when trying new racquets and this has not been the case with the 400 Tour. Pleasant surprise to grab this racquet at the current sale price. 4.0 player. Using Dunlop Silk 16g.
The 400T is a beast! Probably the biggest plus for me is the ridiculous amount of topspin I am able to produce with this racket. The racket is very easy to use due to a huge sweet spot. I also want to mention that I get a bunch of compliments on its looks as well.
The Dunlop Biomimetic 400 Tour has great feel, control and decent power from the baseline. Can "pop" flat serves and slice outwide, too with ease. Can hit out with this racket depending on string set-up without spraying balls out of the court. The only dislike is that volleys seem unstable. Must have very "soft hands" and not "muscle" the tennis ball while volleying with this stick.
Like: Really fun racquet. Very maneuverable, huge sweet spot, goes "thwack" in the most satisfying way when I hit groundstrokes. Very handy on the serve as well. Dislike: It's a little unstable if my form isn't quite right.
