We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't returns and exchanges are free, when you use our prepaid return shipping label and carefully follow our return and exchange policy. You have up to 60 days to return unused items purchased from Midwest Sports.

  2. Create and download your return label. Click Here (Contiguous US residents only)
  3. Ship your return/exchange back to Midwest Sports

By using a Midwest Sports Prepaid return label you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions of our return and exchange policy.

60 Day Return and Exchange Policy

  • Only products purchased from Midwest Sports are eligible for return and exchange
  • Products must be unwashed, unused, unworn with original tags attached.
  • Item(s) maybe returned within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Item(s) returned after 60 days of receipt will not accepted and shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • A copy of the original invoice or exchange form must be included. Items returned without either form will only be eligible for store credit.
  • Free return shipping on orders over $69.95
  • Shipping cost will be deducted for orders less than $69.95
  • Free shipping is excluded on the following: String and ball machines, court equipment and cases of balls

Apparel

  • Apparel must be unwashed, unused, unworn with original tags attached.
  • Items returned that do not comply with these guidelines will either be returned to the customer, or issued a Midwest Sports store credit, at the discretion of Midwest Sports. All shipping associated with the item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shoes

  • Shoes must be in brand new condition and returned in the original manufacturers box placed in an outer shipping container or poly bag. Do not place any shipping labels or tape on the manufacturers shoe box.
  • If shoes are defective please view our Warranty information page Click Here and follow the instructions. Do not send warranty products back to Midwest Sports or shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Racquets

  • New racquets must be in unused condition and plastic wrap must still be on the handle
  • Returned racquets strung by Midwest Sports will be refunded less the cost of string and a $10 labor charge
  • Midwest Sports will NOT accept used racquets for return. Used racquets will be returned to the customer. The shipping cost of any used product and subsequent return of the product are the responsibility of the customer.
