Replacement Shoe Warranty Info
- Please return shoes with a copy of your invoice and warranty card inside the box to the correct manufacturers address below.
- Outsole warranty only valid on shoes on which 6 month outsole durability guarantee is stated in product description.
- Warranty only covers the rubber outsole of the shoe. Any damage to the toe bumper, or upper material of the shoe will not be covered under the outsole warranty.
- If a warranty card is needed we can mail one to you.
- Each sole warranty shoe is limited to a one time replacement.
- The shoe company evaluates and decides whether the shoe qualifies for replacement.
- Should the purchased shoe be unavailable or discontinued, store credit in the amount of the original purchase price on the invoice may be applied to another pair of shoes.
- Shipping charges are not included with the warranty and may vary from brand to brand.
- Some warranties may take up to four weeks to complete.
- Sole warranties are valid in the continental U.S. only.

Please send worn shoes, warranty card, and a copy of your original receipt. Also include your name, mailing address and phone number. There is a return shipping charge of $13.25 per pair. Include money order, or check payable to Adidas.
