Replacement Shoe Warranty Info

  • Please return shoes with a copy of your invoice and warranty card inside the box to the correct manufacturers address below.
  • Outsole warranty only valid on shoes on which 6 month outsole durability guarantee is stated in product description.
  • Warranty only covers the rubber outsole of the shoe. Any damage to the toe bumper, or upper material of the shoe will not be covered under the outsole warranty.
  • If a warranty card is needed we can mail one to you.
  • Each sole warranty shoe is limited to a one time replacement.
  • The shoe company evaluates and decides whether the shoe qualifies for replacement.
  • Should the purchased shoe be unavailable or discontinued, store credit in the amount of the original purchase price on the invoice may be applied to another pair of shoes.
  • Shipping charges are not included with the warranty and may vary from brand to brand.
  • Some warranties may take up to four weeks to complete.
  • Sole warranties are valid in the continental U.S. only.

All K-Swiss 6-Month Sole warranties must be shipped to K-Swiss directly from the customer. Send the shoes along with a copy of your original sale receipt, warranty card, and a check or money order for $5.00 to cover return shipping.
