I've been using the Volkl Org 7 310 for several months now and I'm loving it for its controllable power, stability against big hitters, and assistance with serves. I've enjoyed the V1 Midplus for some time but it doesn't hold up against big hitters in my league. The Org 7 310 solved that problem. It only took a short time to get used to the added length and weight. I can feel the stiffness just ever so slightly but I'm using Cyclone poly strings at mid tension. No pain or problems playing though. Next set of strings will be the Psycho hybrid so I expect it to have perfect feel then. I find the 310 to be a bit more controllable compared to its lighter sibling with about the same stability.
