I'm a 4.0 singles player who got this demo for an older friend to try. I took it out first and played a match with my normal partner. At first I hated it. Then I realized it had no dampener. After hitting for about 10 minutes, I gradually got used to it and every shot I hit was magnified, but not really altered. I killed my topspin serve, slices were killers, and volleys were amazing. My buddy said my level of play across the board, in every area, was amazing. By the time the match was over, we were both laughing about how much the racquet had improved my game and how much he had to raise his level to compete. This racquet will allow anyone to play better. Forget the kidding about it being large. Nobody will even notice the difference until you're beating them like a drum with it.
I have used Weeds for several years and they would have to be the most underrated Racket on the market. It's common sense, you have power, a massive head, and they are nice and light.
Wow my serve just picked up 20% in speed and accuacy volleys you feel invincible ground strokes have much more control then I would have thought. I used to tease my friends about the snowshoe headsize but I am now clearly winning more matches..... great racquet
I like the racket because of its size. I can now reach balls further away from me. It is a little springy but if you don't squeeze the grip so tight it's OK
I thought I would never find a replacement for my Wilson hammer 2.7. What a power rauquet. Well the Weed has the power plus control. I find it amazing.
