The BL in BLX stands for basalt, which is a volcanic rock material known for its incredible vibration dampening properties. The basalt is then used inside the frame of the BLX racquets along with 10 additional elements to create the "Perfect feel".
Spin Effect Technology
The first racquet technology that will increases your PRM's for you. This technology will maximize string movement to increase the strings snap back by 69% without changing a thing in your swing.
High Performance Carbon Fiber
This Carbon Graphite frame composition is made for aggressive swings. With added frame stiffness this racquet gets added explosive power.
This technology combines an extended handle for additional feel and leverage on two-handed backhands and a rounded and thinner shaft for faster grip changes.
By drilling the grommet holes parallel to each other this technology not only increases the sweet spot but also established a more forgiving string bed response.
Smart Sensor Ready
This features provides the opportunity for you to add your smart sensor to the end of this racquet handle. With the smart sensor technology you can track your shots and strokes, and then analyze your play in real time.
I ordered this racquet the other day and I can already see improvement.. It has much more potential for spin and bite, and the power makes it perfect for a baseline player like me. The lightweight also makes playing at the net and volleys easy. I would recommend this racquet!
4 StarsFast explosive lightweight frame

Strung this racquet up with the Wilson NXT 17G at 56 pounds. I am a mid-level player who likes to set back and play from the baseline. This racquet is very lightweight, allowing me to really swing with a lot of pace. With the weight, I was expecting much stability but I was wrong, it was firm and stable around the net. I do have to work a little harder to produce really good depth and push my opponent's back on the court.
4 StarsBest spin racquet

I’m in my early 40’s and I play year round, 3-4 times a week both inside and outside, hard court and clay court. I have been playing with the Head Graphene Instinct MP, but my pro recently suggested I try something a little lighter and with a spin technology. I was nervous about trying the Spin Effect technology with the Wilson racquet, but I do not regret it at all! This racquet has turned my previously flat shots into a hard, topspin ball. I have been able to get more depth on my ground strokes than I ever have in the past. I am also more confident in my approach shots and moving into the net for volleys and overheads. This frame is extremely forgiving and very maneuverable on the court. If you’re looking to add some more spin to your all around game, I definitely recommend trying this racquet. I strung it with a polyester string (softer strings will break VERY quickly- learned the hard way!) at about mid tension.
4 StarsGREAT RACQUET

I used to play with Wilson racquets but then switched to another brand. I decided to try the Burn 100 LS & loved the feel from the first ball I hit. I am a baseline hitter & it has so much power. Loved it so much that I already ordered one.
5 StarsBest spin racket!

This is the best racket for generating extreme spin! This racket is perfect in the hand and is very light but with a lot of power, because the weight is in the head. And I like the X2 Shaft very much, because my backhand is better than before. Generally I have to say Wilson has the best quality of rackets!
