5 StarsComfort with excellent mix of power and control

Right out of the gate this racquet felt really maneuverable and really comfortable. I’m an improving intermediate player who was looking for a racquet that could not only give me some nice pop, but also provide me with precise control. The Ultra 97 really did the trick for me. While demoing this racquet for a week, I improved my first serve, adding extra power. I also was really able to control my second serves to making sure I was accurate and on point. One negative I experienced was that I was struggling to find the appropriate touch up at the net. I had no problem manufacturing power on put away volleys, but those delicate feel type volleys were not there for me. All in all, the mixture of power and control with the comfortable feel was enough for me to purchase after the demo session.
4 StarsNice frame

I demo’ed this frame along with the Ultra 100, hoping to choose one of them for my newest racquet choice. Although I ended up choosing the Ultra 100 for various reasons, I still feel like this is a great racquet choice for many players out there. I was very used to a 100 inch head size, and even though it is a small difference I felt like I noticed the smaller head. I definitely framed a decent amount of ground strokes with this! One thing I commend about this frame is the smooth feel, which I think is due to the new cushion foam technology in the handle. This racquet provided a great amount of power and control, but I felt more power with the Ultra 100. This ultimately could be because of the larger head size and bigger sweet spot. This racquet felt comfortable and maneuverable despite the amount of power it had. One thing that I loved about this racquet was the amount of power and spin I obtained with my serve. Although I ended up choosing a different frame, there were plenty of aspects that I loved about this one. I would recommend this to any high level player who is looking for power and spin and is used to a smaller head size. This demo that I used was strung with Wilson NXT 16g at mid tension.
4 StarsNice tweak to Juice

IG+笻m a 41 year old man with a lot of tennis experience. I used to play very competitively and still do here and there. This racquet is the best. It has great power and accuracy. IG+笻m able to consistently attack the ball with pace and move my opponent all over the court. Even with this power, itG+笻s comfortable and maneuverable. IG+笻m able to access lots of spin as well. That maneuverability and spin really helps me to execute my volleys. My first serve is explosive and gives me a great advantage, while my second serve is consistent with plenty of spin. The only downfall is the sweet spot isnG+笻t as big and forgiving as my previous Juice 100. I would recommend this racquet to any experienced player.
