New Yonex EZONE Ai 100 is an update to the EZONE XI 100 of the EZONE series. This revolutionary frame minimizes wind resistance to produce an ultra-fast swing. The racquet offers great pop to go along with superb precision and spin potential. Features include "Isometric" technology with an improved shockless grommet system, expanding the sweet spot and reducing the frame vibration. These technology updates allow improved frame stability, response and stiffness. The Isometric head shape maximizes the head size allowing ultimate swing speed and consistent power for off centered hits. New "Nanometric" material designed to improve the bonding strength between carbon fibers at the center and bottom of the frame, reducing the weight shift to the top of the frame. This trans-weight system results in a racquet head that reacts faster for quicker maneuverability. Updated "Oval Pressed Shaft" cross section optimizes flex at key points of the beam. "Quake Shut Gel" embedded inside the grip, removes any discomfort from the frame.
The EZONE Ai 100 is optimal for the intermediate to advanced player with a moderate to faster swing looking for an excellent control oriented stick with some added pop. Extra forgiveness from the 100 square inch head and moderately wide 23/26/22mm tapered beam. Great comfort and control with every shot thanks to the new "Dual Shut System". Maintains the feel of a larger sweetspot than its 100 square inch headsize would suggest, feeling solid yet forgiving. Allows full swings from all areas of the court without sacrificing control
Had the EZone 100 for a few years and it was time for an upgrade. Started playing more mixed doubles and needed something a little more stable against the hard hitters. This has a heavier swing weight than the EZone 100 but it didn't take any time to adjust. It was love at 1st hit. Strung it up with Dunlop Black Widow 17g.

I demoed 5 other racquets before this one and they were without comparison to this great racquet. I love the feel, the pop and even when I sometimes don't hit the ball in the center of the strings, I can still hit pretty accurately. Overall an amazing racquet that I would suggest to anyone.
5 StarsNice stick

Have demo'd a number of brands, and like this one over a variety of Babolat, Wilson, Donnay models. Not overly stiff, and still has good pop. Little lighter than my current/dated Wilson 6.1, but easy to adjust swing speed to keep reasonable timing during the always painful adjustment process..
