Day 5: June 5, 1986: Chris Evert claims her 18th (and last) career Grand Slam Title, and her 7th French Open (women's record) title defeating Martina Navratilova.

Chris Evert won her last of 18 Grand Slam titles by defeating Martina Navratilova 2-6, 6-3, 6-3 at the 1986 French Open at ROLAND-GARROS. The victory marked Evert's 7th at the event, a women's French Open record. By winning in 1986, Chris Evert won a Grand Slam title every year for an Open Era 13 consecutive years!
