Andy Murray became the first man from Great Britain to win the Wimbledon Championships singles title since Fred Perry in 1936. Murray defeated Novak Djokovic 6-4, 7-5, 6-4. It was Murray's fourth title of 2013 and his first Grand Slam title of the year. His 2nd Grand Slam title of his career and his first of now two titles at Wimbledon.
