I purchased this same skirt in black and evaluated the purcahse the same. Size small fit appropriately for a small size woman. It fit at the waist and was an appropriate length. Good price too.

The length and fit was just perfect. I ordered a smaill size and it fit appropriately..I am a petite size woman who generally wears a 4 or 6. It fit at my waist and the legs on the shorts were not too tight either. Good price too. I would recommend.
