This shoe is comfortable.
Fit's like a glove. Best shoe for clay that I have ever owned. Buy one size up if you normally burn out you soles.
Nice snug fit and light.
Nice looking, extremely comfortable and very stable while playing.
Great style and colors. Shoe was too tight
Very good support. A little difficult to put on due to tight fit.
Design
Shoe is designed not for tennis. Good for walking. Lateral movement can cause mediate collateral ligament injury.
Really comfortable shoes
I play a lot of tennis, and these are the most comfortable shoes that I have found. They are a little difficult to put on but so worth it. I just bought a second pair because I like them so much!
Who designed this shoe
Great look, but needing a grease gun to get this shoes on. What a disappointment. It has an uncomfortable nylon compression like inner fabric that causes discomfort and I think would lead to total discomfort.
all good
interesting colors for winter
Outstanding Comfort
I am new to tennis, but am involved seriously in many other activities to know how important the proper footwear is. Not knowing if I would like tennis or not, I went to the local sporting goods store and grabbed the first pair that fit me that was inexpensive. Playing 2-4 times a week for 4 months, I realized how poor these shoes were and since I loved tennis, I now wanted a good shoe! There are not many stores in the Cleveland area that have a decent selection, what shoes I did try on, were cramped in the toe box. Many of the other reviews on Midwest Sports said the same thing about other shoes. When I came to the Adizero, not one review said it was cramped in the toes and all said they ran true to size, I am a solid 9.5D. Of the 6 pairs of running shoes I have, 2 are size 10 and one size 9, so I am always leery about getting something that fits, but had a good feeling this shoe would work. I received these the day I had a tennis match and could not wait to try them on when I got home from work knowing I would never try something new out during a match, but when I tried them on, they felt so good, I took a chance and never regretted it! I have used them about a dozen times now and love them. They do fit very true to size, have great support laterally and in the arches and have good soles. One important piece of advise though, make sure you have a shoe horn to put these on. With the one piece tongue construction, I never thought I was going to be able to get these on my foot. Once they are on though, they are like a glove!
Useable, but not great
I've worn a lot of Adidas shoes over the years, including the original version of these shoes. The boot concept that they've gone to (vs. traditional tongue), is interesting, but makes it difficult to get the shoe on - takes quite a while to get your foot in, and seated correctly. Once on, the snugness is nice, though. Overall the shoe is comfortable, although a slightly longer break-in period than prior version - toe box is roomier, which for me, is not beneficial - feel like my foot is sliding inside the shoe - stiffer in forebed o shoe, intially (perhaps that will lessen with wear). Traction seems good, can't comment on the durability yet. Size overall seems similar to prior versions - I've always worn 11.5, ordered the same here, and don't think I could use a different size
Great Fit
Adidas shoes are usually tight on me, but this model fits great. I love the no tongue, glove fit. A lot of room in the toe area. Nice and snug around the mid-foot. A little more cushioning would have been nice, but that's hard to find in a ulta-light shoe.
Great shoes!
This is my second pair of Ubersonic 2. Light weight with reasonable support. Durability is not an issue to me as I don't slide that often on court. The only complaint I have is the shoe laces, way too thin.
it was good purchase. and i can tell you my size
i've got NIKE ZOOM VAPOR 9.5 TOUR (size9.5) and my foot perfectly fit with ADIDAS UBERSONIC2 clay (size 9.5) those shoes have same size. it was perfect choice. thank you
The perfect fit
I have had several other colors of this shoe and it happens to be the perfect fit for me. I have low arches and have previously suffered from regularly getting blisters and bruised toenails due to the shoes I was wearing on court and these happen to be great as I've had less of these issues than with any other tennis shoes.
Great tennis shoe
Pros: - nice definition - tight fit - light Con: - not like "love on the first try" with barricade 1 Overall; very pleased
The best I ever had!
I like how this shoes fits. I've never been disappointed with the performance and somehow I know it helped me on my gameplay. Would definitely recommend to all tennis players out there to try this one.
Great shoe
Only downside of these compared to the Barricades is they are less durable. However they are much more breathable, comfier, and not so stiff like the Barricades. Comparable to the Vapor 9.5s but I liked how these fit better.
Great shoes
It's a great shoe for players looking for a lightweight performance shoe. I'm not sure about the durability because I'm using for a short period, but has great support and looks good on my feet.
Good shoes
Very comfortable and light. I would rank it between barricade and nike vapor 9.5.It has better support than vapor and more cushion feel than barricade. I still prefer vabor 9.5, but please do not misunderstand, this is a great pair of shoes. just my personal preference. Hoping to see more colors in the future.
Does not disappoint for this tennis player!
I played a 2 hour match and couldn't have felt any better. Adidas does not disappoint. They look great. Support is amazing. Just spot on for what I want in a tennis shoe! When you make shoes designed to help an athlete perform and enjoy the sport you are doing it right. I'm not a brand guy but I've been won over by Adidas
