Do you really need a fancy ball machine that costs $1k? Ever watch pros practice? A lot of times they practice with someone just hand feeding them. The twist is essentially that... if hand feeds balls at 5 different heights so you can really work on specific shots, technique and footwork. Holds about 37 balls and can you can still get a good workout and drill with it just as if a pro was feeding you balls. Far more worth the money than spending hundreds more and you can accomplish more purposeful and useful practice.

Good machine not just for beginners but for all levels to practice their strokes. The throws aren't too consistent though

Yes!

Even a senior who started to play later in life (75) can benefit from this machine. While I do not expect a hot rocket launcher this is ok. I practice ground strokes to get my body and form into position. Until I got this, my constant complaint was "I have nobody to play with." this will do me just fin for now. It fits my body and pocketbook.

Very useful for beginner or self-trainer

This is a very useful machine for beginners and people who like to practice alone. Mostly it looks very good, but there one drawback. The total ball capacity (maximum 28 balls) looks small. Maybe a continuous ball feeding system will be much better with an adapter. However, overall it is very good. I enjoyed it with family.

Great for honing your strokes. If trying to change your strokes or correcting bad habits, I recommend using this--and inexpensive also.
